An exciting partnership between Luminessence Films and DSE (now DELWP)

Produced in 2010, the purpose of this video was to promote DSE’s Local Sustainability Accord program, which helps fund local councils to develop environment strategies. The film showcases the work of Ararat City Council and includes interviews with participants involved in the preparation of their Strategy. It has proven to be a useful educational and promotional tool for DSE.
