I have just completed work on a video for the Community Development Department of Sth Grampians Shire Council. It documents their recent Community Planning Forum held in Hamilton. It includes an explanation of the Community Planning Framework; the role of community and council; and emphasises how important it is for the community to engage & take ownership of these decision making processes.
